Spinach and lentils are great sources of folate, but if you find you aren’t getting enough of these foods, consider taking a multi vitamin that includes folate. Looking younger is not just about your appearance, its also about feeling younger, and nothing makes you feel older than losing your memory and forgetting where you put things!
Eating more green, leafy vegetables can improve your eye health because of a key ingredient called Lutein. According to the study, Lutein is vital to eye health and over a period of a few months you should be able to lessen your glasses prescription or do away with it altogether, depending on how bad your eyesight is at the moment.
